Academic FAQ
How Do I Place an Order?
When the images are ready and edited the school will send a letter to the parents informing them that orders can be placed via the school’s chosen order method for example via order envelopes that will be sent home from school or via an online order site.
When Will The Orders Be Delivered?
The orders take 3 weeks to process starting from the official cut off order date.
My Child Lost His/Her Order Form.
When you have misplaced or lost the order form you are still able to order. Send us an email at info@moodphotographic.com and we will send the relevant information and help you with your order provided that is still within the cutoff date.
Can I Place A Order Past The Cut-Off Date?
Yes, you are able to place an order after the cut-off date. Send an email with all the information to info@moodphotographic.com directly and we will help in any way we can. (Please do not only send a message through the school.) Late orders must be collected from our office in Brackenfell.
I Received the Incorrect Order?
We apologize, please send us an email at info@moodphotographic.com and we will rectify the mistake.
Do You Offer Custom Printing Options?
We are able to do custom size printing on request. All custom orders will be additional orders and processed accordingly.
When Will We Receive Our Electronic Images?
All electronic images are released on the same day the physical prints are delivered to the school so that the whole school receives their orders at the same time. If you did not receive an ordered digital image please contact us on info@moodphotographic.
What If My Child Was Absent On Photo Day?
Absentee shoots are subjected to circumstances and availability of booking slots. No absentee shoots will however be available in the studio or after hours.
